This year my space had to be reclaimed. I took four square meters to create an artificial world, a boxed environment which contains elements from the theater. The created space originated as a workspace and has now transformed into a space for components of work to be shown. Not only work, but the act of working are put on a stage. By taking these processes out of their environment I want to emphasize the aesthetic value that consists in the actions of making an artwork. Together with the scenery these actions become part of the image.
Since we are an collective group our actions of making contribute to each other. The environment I created is no longer a place for me but a space I facilitated for my peers. For them to put their work or work processes in relation to my work and highlight the act of working.
